What is MET PUA?

MET PUA is a high-performance event and ticket management platform built specifically for the students of Pharos University in Alexandria (PUA). It lets students browse upcoming campus events — from conferences and workshops to competitions, sports, and entertainment nights — register in seconds, and receive a secure QR ticket pass for gate entry. The platform combines PUA-restricted authentication, multiple Egyptian payment methods (cards via Paymob, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash), and real-time QR check-in at the event gate, so the whole journey from discovery to entry happens in one place.

It is designed for PUA students who want a fast, reliable way to discover and attend campus activities, and for the student organizers and gate staff who run those events. Admins can create events, manage capacity, verify wallet-transfer receipts, track attendance live, and export analytics — all from one control panel. The platform is built and maintained by the MET student tech team at Pharos University in Alexandria, with a focus on a clean, modern, mobile-first experience that works across devices.
